Tue, 22 Apr 2008 15:57:56 PDT
As part of Earth Day, NASA released their top ten favorite photos taken by crew from the International Space Station. Since about half the photos were of locations on the Earth we can see in Google Earth, I decided to create a KML version for the NASA photos (which includes overlays of the images). The other 5 photos from NASA were of atmospheric observations which didn't include details of where (and what direction) the photos were taken. Some of the photos were at oblique angles, so I used t

The problem is that they appointed the two Elections Canada officials they're now suing and that they applaud the RCMP (even protecting Zaccardelli to the bitter end) except when they're the targets of a legally-sanctioned warrant. And now, they're also trying to implicate the Li

Fri, 18 Apr 2008 12:50:34 PDT
Oil up! Freak out! Dow up? Shut up! (Of course they don’t have the foggiest clue what they’re talking about, but they pretend they do.) Even as I was writing this, the state-owned CBC did a story about the latest rise in gas prices. Apparently it’s getting h

Higher time frames can develop biases or expectations for you, and can also provide risk managemen
